Welcome to VamshiFarms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VamshiFarms mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

• "VamshiFarms," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the VamshiFarms platform and its operators.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Products" refers to the farm products listed and available for purchase on the Platform.
• "Order" refers to a request placed by you to purchase Products through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
• Prices for products are listed on the Platform and may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery

• We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, logistics delays, or product availability.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
• Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Platform are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. As farm products are natural, variations in appearance, size, and weight are expected.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

We do not accept returns of any kind due to the perishable nature of our products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VamshiFarms or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VamshiFarms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to such claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VamshiFarms, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
